Property Description
This complex is located where Lake Pend Oreille meets the river. This southwestern-themed 2 bedroom + loft / 2 bath condominium features a deck, from which you can enjoy a view of the pool area or look out on the lake and surrounding hillsides. Up a couple of steps, you'll find yourself in the living room and kitchen area. Here's the best part....snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace on those cold winter nights. A comfy hide- a-bed sofa is sure to be a great place to perch as you watch your favorite programs or movies on the TV and VCR, provided for your entertainment pleasure. The kitchen features all the comforts of home, and is sure to have everything you'll need for preparing your meals during your stay. Up the stairs you'll find the second bedroom, with a beautiful log bed and the continuation of the southwestern theme. There is also the second bath, and a loft that overlooks the living room that's a great place for older children to congregate. The upstairs loft has double size futon, tucked in a corner that's sure to give it's habitant a peaceful night's sleep. Condo del Sol is a favorite vacation destination year-round,featuring 2 outdoor swimming pools (seasonal), 2 tennis courts, 1/2 basketball court, and a volleyball court. There is also a community BBQ area for those great outdoor meals. Condo Del Sol is with in walking distance to downtown Sandpoint, great restaurants, and wonderful shopping. If boating is what you want there is boat moorage and rentals near by at the city beach. Trailer may be parked on site for 3 days and parking is limited to 2 cars. An upper level condo, close to town, close to skiing, lots of fun property amenities, and a great southwest theme. What are you waiting for?
